The wealth of experience and knowledge I have gathered over the years has made me a seasoned and versatile therapist, and has allowed me to become well-versed in a wide range of therapeutic modalities (see below). Additionally, to maintain a high standard for the quality of support I provide my clients, I make sure to update my skills and knowledge continuously, to better align with newer evidence-based best practices for various forms of treatment.
I strongly believe that learning is a lifelong process, and is a source of power that can create positive change. With the range of therapeutic approaches that I have received training in, I strive to creatively and compassionately combine evidence-based approaches with lived experience, whether it be my own, or yours. I believe that there is no cut-and-paste approach to dealing with matters related to mental health, and so I welcome your ideas and suggestions as we work together to figure out what works for you, and forge a new path ahead.

Individual Therapy
The above quote is my guiding philosophy in my work with clients. Day to day life can present with numerous challenges—be it stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief.

Couple Therapy
Every relationship faces challenges—from communication breakdowns and unresolved conflicts to changes in intimacy, trust, or life circumstances.

Family Therapy
Families are considered as our first support system—yet even the strongest families may face challenges that could possibly disrupt communication, connection, and trust.

Parenting
Similar to adults, children also experience anxiety, depression, loss and grief at school and home. It can be difficult for them to share/express their thoughts and emotions

Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)
Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a form of listening-based therapy that I offer as a complement to my other evidence based therapeutic approaches.
